Bulk Inbox Import

Twenty inboxes. One CSV. Warmup optional.

Connect up to 20 SMTP or IMAP inboxes in a single CSV batch, with optional per-inbox auto-start warmup. Every row that requests warmup gets a real, live IMAP validation before anything is saved.

How it works

01

Up to 20 inboxes, one CSV

Upload a single CSV to connect up to 20 SMTP or IMAP inboxes in one batch, instead of adding mailboxes to your workspace one at a time.

02

Auto-start warmup, optionally

Each row includes a Yes/No column. Set it to Yes and warmup starts automatically for that inbox as part of the same import. Set it to No and the inbox is simply connected, ready to add to campaigns.

03

Real IMAP validation, not a format check

For any row that requests warmup, ForgeSend runs a live IMAP validation before anything is saved — a genuine connectivity check, not just confirmation that the fields are formatted correctly.

04

Per-row, three-outcome reporting

Every row reports three separate outcomes once the import runs — inbox connected, warmup started, and warmup configured — not just a single success or fail per row.

Common questions

How many inboxes can I import in one CSV?

Up to 20 SMTP or IMAP inboxes per batch.

Does warmup start automatically for every inbox I import?

Only if you set it to. Each row has a Yes/No column — set it to Yes to auto-start warmup for that inbox, or No to just connect it.

Does ForgeSend actually verify my IMAP details, or just save them?

ForgeSend runs a real, live IMAP validation on each row that requests warmup before saving it — not just a format check.

What do I see once the import finishes?

Every row reports three separate outcomes — inbox connected, warmup started, and warmup configured — instead of a single pass/fail per row.
