Warm every domain. Land in the inbox.
Automated warmup ramps new sending domains safely before campaigns launch — with reply simulation, blacklist monitoring, and inbox placement testing built in, so a new domain earns trust before it ever carries a real campaign.
Automated, safe ramp-up
Turn on warmup and ForgeSend handles the rest — sending realistic warmup traffic that ramps up gradually, complete with simulated replies and open activity that mimic real inbox behaviour. Every warmup send is tracked so you always know exactly where a domain lands.
Presets or full manual control
Ramping builds volume day by day toward a steady target, Maintenance holds at a lower daily volume once a domain is established, and Custom sets your own number outright. Every option stays synced with the inbox's own daily sending cap, so warmup never quietly eats into capacity you need for campaigns. Switching out of Ramping and back in restarts the climb from day one rather than resuming where it left off — plain pausing and resuming, or reconnecting an inbox, never has that effect.
See exactly where you land
A live health score covers DNS configuration, domain age, spam rate, and warmup duration for every domain you're warming. A placement trend graph shows inbox, spam, and other folder placement over time, so you can see progress instead of guessing at it.
Templates, and control at scale
Set up to five custom warmup email templates per inbox so warmup traffic doesn't look identical across every domain. When you're managing a whole pool of inboxes, bulk pause and resume lets you control warmup across every warming inbox in a workspace at once.
Control exactly when warmup sends
Sending schedules are named and saved at the workspace level, not just a per-inbox toggle — build one once from six day-and-hour presets (Weekdays or With Weekends, running 8am–6pm, 7am–7pm, or 6am–10pm, in your own IANA timezone) and reuse it across every inbox that should send on the same hours, renaming or repointing it any time from Settings.
Blacklist monitoring, built into warmup
Turn on blacklist monitoring for any inbox you're warming — it's opt-in per inbox, so you decide which domains are worth watching. Once enabled, status refreshes automatically on a recurring schedule, with a manual refresh available any time you want a check right now. It's the same kind of check as the standalone Blacklist Checker tool, just running continuously once you've switched it on.
See exactly where a warmup email landed
A dedicated placement test shows exactly where warmup emails are landing — inbox, spam, promotions, or blocked — not just whether they sent. Each test also scores the email itself for content and spam risk, with a letter grade and specific recommendations for improving placement. Tests draw from a monthly credit allocation shown right in the dashboard, so you can see what you have left before running another one. For the wider set of signals this ties into, see the deliverability metrics guide.
